Hygiene concept
Dear exhibitors of the Future Of Festivals 2021,
we have compiled the most important information on the hygiene concept of FOF21 for you. Due to the dynamic development and the unpredictability of the legal situation at the time of the fair, the following information regarding the hygiene rules only represents the current status. A change and especially a tightening or addition of the rules until the date of the event cannot be excluded. In case of any changes we will of course inform you.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
During the entire event, including set-up and dismantling, the AHA rules apply to all persons. I.e. the minimum distance as well as the general hygiene rules etc. should be observed.
The fair will be held under 2G-plus conditions, should the regulatory requirements not change.
Access is only possible under the conditions mentioned below and with a valid identity card.
Access will only be allowed to persons who:
a) vaccinated (fully vaccinated with an EU approved vaccine against Covid-19 and the last vaccination was at least 14 days ago).
OR b) recovered (evidence in the form of a positive PCR test result dating back at least 28 days or a maximum of 6 months OR evidence of infection by a positive PCR test result dating back more than 6 months with subsequent vaccination dating back at least 14 days)
AND c) tested (certification of a daily negative test result by a rapid antigen test or certification of a PCR test not older than 48 h).
Note: Proof of vaccination must be digitally verifiable. We need to verify it digitally on site (via the CoVPassCheck app) and match it with the ID card. I.e. a digital proof of vaccination must be brought along, e.g. as part of the Corona warning app or CoV-Pass app.
Please note: Possible costs for a rapid antigen test or PCR test for your employees will not be covered by Future Of Festivals GmbH.
The aftershow party and evening event including the FOF Innovation Award ceremony (starting at 19:30) will also take place under 2G-plus conditions. Access is only possible under the conditions mentioned below and with a valid identity card.
Access will only be allowed to persons who:

HYGIENE MEASURES EXHIBITOR
The respective recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute on infection control, the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the SARS-COV-2 Occupational Safety Standard and the current Corona Protection Ordinance of the State of Berlin apply.
Disinfectant must be provided at each booth. Surfaces (contact surfaces, counters, chairs) must be cleaned and/or disinfected regularly. Depending on the object (e.g. in the context of glasses and dishes or objects that are brought close to the face) it has to be checked if cleaning/disinfection is necessary/meaningful after each visitor*.
Please use smooth wipeable surfaces.
A cleaning plan must be prepared by each exhibitor, which must also be documented.
The consumption incl. samples of food/drinks is only allowed at tables – please provide seating or areas with e.g. bar table for your guests, if you want to offer samples or similar.
For the sake of the environment: please use 100% biodegradable or compostable materials, such as paper/cardboard, wood or bamboo. Please refrain from using bioplastics.
Please note: Food samples may only be given out in 0.2l containers.
HYGIENE MEASURES FOF
We strictly comply with the respective measures prescribed by law.
We are obliged to document the presence of all participants*. For this purpose we collect the following data from you:
– First and last name
– District or municipality of residence or place of permanent residence
– complete address and e-mail address
– telephone number
– attendance time
– Test result if applicable (stored only for 48 hours)
The check-in and check-out are separated. There is a check-in and check-out by means of QR scanning.
Disinfection dispensers and information on the AHA rules will be available at all frequented areas (entrances and exits, sanitary and catering areas, lounge). Regular cleaning will take place.
