Steven Kruijff began his career in the event industry in 2,000 at Haldern Pop Festival, where he continued to build his skills as a production manager on site as well as year-round involvement with a growing number of side projects over the years. In 2015, he was drawn to Berlin where, after a brief foray into self-employment, he joined Goodlive in 2017 to focus on production management for the Lollapalooza Festival, which had found its new home at the Olympiastadion and Olympiapark. In the meantime, Steven oversees a variety of projects within Goodlive as Director Event Production, always focusing on the individual demands, philosophies and challenges of the projects as well as the atmosphere within the team. The holistic production and event planning as well as the 360° view over the plate wheel, paired with a good portion of heart and soul and passion characterize his way of working.
