Lena Fischer is co-managing director of the Gurtenfestival and is responsible for the areas of communication, marketing and music & scenography. As a studied communication expert and design leader, she has been in the music industry for over 10 years and has worked in the areas of promotion, marketing, booking, management and consulting for a major label, various musicians, bands and established brands. The sustainable, active and futureoriented shaping of teams, a company and a festival closely accompany her everyday life.
