Max Engler, who was born in Augsburg and has been working in the event industry for 10 years, started working as a volunteer at the Modular Festival during his training as an event manager and is now employed full-time in the production and catering management of the three-day pop and youth culture festival. The focus is not only on the almost 30,000 visitors, but also on around 450 volunteers on the days of the event and around 80 volunteers during the year-round organization. This requires a functioning and efficient volunteer management.
Furthermore, he himself is a volunteer at the Singoldsand Festival Schwabmünchen and works as a freelancer on various national event productions.
