As part of the annual event series Future of Festivals from FRI 24th – SAT 25th November 2023 at Arena Berlin, the event part “Campus – Future of Festivals” will be newly conceived and implemented.

The event Campus – Future of Festivals sees itself as a platform and potential blueprint for the image of the future of the festival industry. Here, networking and further education will take place in a casual but professional setting. In a specially created area, there are specially tailored offers for trainees, students, young talents and young professionals for networking and further education.

In contrast to traditional job fairs, potential employees and employers get to know each other at eye level – whether in the relaxed exhibitor area, at table football or at the after-show party in the evening.

We focus on authentic recruiting in the context of a lively event and festival scene, where the focus is on the personality of the talents.
